Roger joined Create in 2013 and has been a Financial Adviser for 28 years. Roger spent the early part of his career at Prudential & Royal & Sun Alliance and advised clients there for 8 years before making the move to become an Independent Financial Adviser twenty years ago. Roger uses his experience to support clients to help achieve their financial goals and objectives and holds the CII Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (DipPFS).

Outside of work he enjoys watching football & cricket.
