Scott has worked in financial services for over 30 years having joined Hearts of Oak Insurance Group in 1989 as a sales support administrator. In 1999 Scott then joined a small IFA business in Leicester and began advising clients on both a corporate and individual basis. He then joined Oval Financial Services in 2007 following a Company takeover and became a specialist in corporate and individual financial planning. He has advised corporate clients on a range of employee benefits including Group Pensions, Death in Service and Group Income Protection schemes as well as giving tailored individual advice on pensions, investments and tax planning.

Scott joined Create in June 2015 and continues to provide advice to both corporate and individual clients.

​Outside of work he spends time with his family and enjoys watching football and playing golf.
