I have over 30 years’ experience in the financial services industry, having worked with regional building societies, smaller financial firms, and national IFA networks. This experience gives me a deep understanding of our clients’ needs and expectations, and I’m passionate about ensuring they enjoy a positive experience at every stage of their journey with us.

My role includes managing and delivering our Training and Competency activities, ensuring we meet all regulatory requirements while continuously reviewing and developing our training framework. I also supervise individual advisers to help them grow and maintain the highest professional standards.
